Italian design studios StudioM and StudioTorino have created a shooting-brake version of the Maserati Quattroporte. The project was commissioned by a private customer and has been unveiled as a scale model.

The Maserati Cinqueporte was designed by StudioM and StudioTorino, with the aim of adapting the Maserati's typical lines and style to an exclusive estate.

Among the design elements are the dominating C-Pillar which integrates the brand's logo, the revised front end with a new bumper and the paint finish that uses polished black for the B-pillars, side mirrors and rear windows frames.

Compared to the base model, the technical specifications remain unchanged.

The Maserati Cinqueporte ("five doors" in Italian) was developed for a private Arab customer, who also owns several Ferrari-based wagon unique cars.

The car has been on display as a 1:4 scale model at the "Scrigno Tesori d'Italia" Exhibition in Rome (8-10 February 2008).

StudioM has already worked on Maserati cars, developing an exclusive interior for a private customer with a cost of 350,000 Euros.
